Welcome to CVS Tyres Ltd. These Terms & Conditions of Sale govern the supply of our products and services. By placing an order with CVS Tyres Ltd, you agree to be bound by the terms set out below.

CVS Tyres Ltd provides a range of tyre and vehicle-related services, including but not limited to:

• Mobile Tyre Fitting
• Emergency Tyre Fitting
• Wheel Balancing
• Locking Wheel Nut Removal
• Tyre Pressure Checks

Our services are available throughout Peacehaven and the surrounding areas, subject to vehicle location and availability.

3. Quotations

All quotations provided by CVS Tyres Ltd are free and without obligation.

Prices quoted are based on the information supplied by the customer, including the correct tyre size, vehicle details, and service location. If any information provided is inaccurate or incomplete, the final price may differ.

Unless otherwise stated, quotations are valid for 7 days from the date they are issued.

4. Orders

An order is considered accepted only after confirmation by CVS Tyres Ltd.

We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order where:

• The requested products are unavailable.
• Incorrect pricing has been displayed.
• Vehicle details supplied are incorrect.
• The requested location is outside our service area.
• There are safety concerns or circumstances beyond our reasonable control.

5. Pricing

All prices are quoted in Pounds Sterling (£).

Prices may include or exclude VAT depending on your invoice and applicable legislation.

Additional charges may apply for:

• Emergency call-outs
• Out-of-hours services
• Difficult access locations
• Locking wheel nut complications
• Additional labour required due to vehicle condition

Customers will always be informed of any additional charges before work proceeds.

6. Payment

Payment is due immediately upon completion of the work unless a prior written credit agreement has been established.

We accept payment by the methods available at the time of service.

Ownership of supplied goods remains with CVS Tyres Ltd until payment has been received in full.

7. Mobile & Emergency Services

Our mobile and emergency tyre fitting services are provided subject to:

• Vehicle accessibility.
• Safe working conditions.
• Weather conditions.
• Technician availability.
• Road and traffic conditions.

Estimated arrival times are provided in good faith but cannot be guaranteed.

8. Customer Responsibilities

Customers are responsible for ensuring:

• The correct tyre size has been provided.
• The vehicle is located in a safe place for work to be carried out.
• Locking wheel nut keys are available where applicable.
• The vehicle can be safely accessed by our technicians.

Failure to meet these requirements may result in additional charges or cancellation of the appointment.

9. Tyres Supplied

All tyres supplied by CVS Tyres Ltd are sourced from reputable manufacturers and distributors.

Tyre availability may vary depending on stock levels.

In the event that a specific tyre becomes unavailable, we may offer an equivalent alternative after discussing the available options with the customer.

10. Wheel Balancing

Wheel balancing is carried out using professional equipment to improve driving comfort and tyre performance.

Customers should report any concerns promptly after installation so they can be inspected.

11. Locking Wheel Nut Removal

We will make every reasonable effort to remove locking wheel nuts without causing damage.

However, due to corrosion, previous damage, seized components, or non-standard locking systems, removal cannot always be guaranteed.

CVS Tyres Ltd shall not be liable for unavoidable damage resulting from the removal of defective or seized locking wheel nuts where reasonable care has been exercised.

12. Tyre Pressure Checks

Tyre pressure checks are provided based on the manufacturer's recommended specifications where available.

Customers remain responsible for carrying out regular tyre inspections and maintaining the correct tyre pressures between service intervals.

13. Cancellation Policy

Appointments may be cancelled without charge where reasonable notice is given.

Where a technician has already been dispatched or has arrived at the agreed location, a call-out or cancellation charge may apply.

14. Warranty

Manufacturer warranties apply to tyres supplied by CVS Tyres Ltd.

Our workmanship is carried out with reasonable care and skill. If you believe there is an issue with work we have completed, please contact us as soon as reasonably possible so that we can inspect the vehicle and resolve the matter where appropriate.

This warranty does not cover:

• Accidental damage.
• Road hazards.
• Incorrect tyre pressures after the service.
• Misuse or neglect.
• Impact damage.
• Normal wear and tear.

15. Limitation of Liability

Nothing in these Terms excludes liability where it cannot legally be excluded under the laws of England and Wales.

Subject to applicable law, CVS Tyres Ltd shall not be liable for:

• Indirect or consequential losses.
• Loss of business.
• Loss of profits.
• Loss of earnings.
• Delays caused by traffic, severe weather, supplier shortages, or circumstances beyond our reasonable control.

Our total liability shall not exceed the value of the products or services supplied.

16. Force Majeure

We shall not be responsible for delays or failure to perform our obligations due to circumstances beyond our reasonable control, including but not limited to severe weather, road closures, accidents, supplier shortages, industrial disputes, power failures, or government restrictions.
